Our new STEALTH aluminum cylinder heads are hands down the best bang for the buck you can find! The quality of these is at least as good as (if not better) than any of the "name brand" aluminum Mopar heads on the market today. Capable of an easy 550 horsepower out of the box (when used with our 500+ inch stroker kits) these have the potential to make 650-700+ horsepower with port work. Complete cylinder heads include Stainless Valves, Valve Springs, Valve Seals, Valve Retainers, and Locks. Heads are assembled and ready to bolt on the engine. Rocker arms & shafts, head bolts, valve covers, spark plugs, etc. are not included with assembled heads. We carry those items separately, (see below.)

 

Clearanced for large diameter valve springs, our Stealth heads use factory type rocker arms and stock diameter shafts, so no special "high-dollar" offset rockers are required. Any rockers that work on a stock Mopar head will work on our heads. This includes roller rockers, or even stock type stamped steel rockers. Heat crossover is blocked off for increased performance. Factory port windows, exhaust and intake manifold locations make sure you can use any "off the shelf" intake manifold and/or exhaust manifold/headers without any fitment hassles or special "spacers" required. Made of lightweight aluminum alloy, one of these heads weighs only 22 pounds bare or 29 pounds complete with valves and springs.

Large, free-flowing intake and exhaust ports look nicer "out of the box" than most port jobs you'll find done to factory heads. Instead of casting the ports small (like the factory did) and having to port them yourself, we've designed the ports to flow out of the box, better than a "full race" ported factory head would. Port volumes are about 212CC's on the intake and 72CC's on the exhaust. Intakes flow about 280-290 CFM as cast, with the potential to reach at least 330 CFM or more with porting. Compare that to 215-220 CFM from even the best factory production heads such as 906's or even 915's! Larger 2.14" and 1.81" valve sizes also come standard. Combustion chamber is a "closed chamber" design, with quench area built in, so the benefits of running "tight quench" can be realized. Chamber size "as cast" is about 84cc's.

All standard factory mounting locations for alternator, etc are in place.

Super thick 5/8" deck surface ensures these heads have tons of meat in the deck to withstand high compression, nitrous, or to allow for plenty of milling. Use this feature to reduce the chamber size.. (great for getting high compression ratios AND great flame travel with a flat-top piston.) The straight (100% factory) spark plug location puts an end to hassles with header tubes fitting correctly, AND ensures the spark plug relief cut in domed pistons doesn't require any modification. Exhaust bolt holes are are heli-coiled for extra strength, AND we've made them blind, so you can say goodbye to coolant leaking all over when changing headers or header gaskets.

Front view shows aluminum cylinder heads exactly as they should be. Throw 'em on your 440 Source stroker engine, paint 'em engine color and nobody but the most experienced car show judges will know your 500+ cubic inch, fire breathing, aluminum headed big block Mopar isn't 100% bone stock. Not only that, but now you can do it all WITHOUT breaking the bank!

We also now carry the 3/4" extended reach plugs our heads require. These are sold in sets of 8 only. Because the amount of material (thickness) around the combustion chamber has been significantly increased in our aluminum heads, they require a spark plug with a longer reach than factory. We carry only genuine Champion plugs. Don't forget new plugs when ordering your heads.

Our ARP 12 point black oxide head bolts & washers sets are made from super strong 180,000 PSI bolts. That's a full 15% stronger than even grade 8 bolts. They work great for high horsepower and/or highly stressed applications with our new STEALTH aluminum cylinder heads, factory cast iron heads, Edelbrock Performer RPM aluminum heads, or any other heads that use stock length bolts. These bolts are fully heat treated prior to thread rolling and machining. A 12pt head design with reduced wrenching size and wide area flanged head eliminates the need for retorquing. Also includes ARP lube and hardened parallel ground washers. Includes enough bolts for two heads (one complete engine.)

Our fabricated sheet metal valley pans work great with our aluminum Stealth heads, Edelbrock RPM heads, or any other aftermarket heads which feature an unbroken deck surface where the lower edge of the head's deck surface meets the edge of the valley pan. The pan is shown upside down in the picture. When it is installed, the "lips" along the long sides will fit underneath the edge of the cylinder heads, making a tight seal and allowing the use of standard intake port gaskets. This pan is designed to work with SINGLE PLAIN INTAKES only. Dual plane intakes will not fit due to the exhaust crossover which hangs down underneath them. Because this pan is a single solid piece which fits "under" the cylinder head edges, it requires at least one cylinder head to be off during installation or removal. Works with "RB" engines only. Supplied in a gold irridite finish for good looks and corrosion resistance.

Don't forget head gaskets with your new cylinder heads! These are the same head gaskets that are supplied in our complete 112-1000 gasket set. If you don't need the whole kit, we offer just the head gaskets separately for convenience or service replacement. These fit all big blocks, all years. They are sold individually (one single gasket,) so be sure to order two if you need a set. Compressed thickness on these head gaskets is .044" They are treated with a coating, so no chemicals or sealers are necessary for installation. Just clean your deck surfaces, bolt 'em on and go. They work great with our aluminum Stealth heads. Recommended up to 12:1 compression.
